أصدرت وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بيانًا أعلنت فيه أن مولانا أمير المؤمنين، صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، حفظه الله، قد أمر بفتح المساجد التي تم تشييدها أو إعادة بنائها أو ترميمها من قبل الوزارة، وذلك مع بداية شهر رمضان المبارك. ويبلغ عدد هذه المساجد ستة وعشرين (26) مسجدًا.
وأفاد البيان بأن هذه المساجد تشمل أربعة (4) مساجد جديدة تم إنشاؤها، وثلاثة عشر (13) مسجدًا أعيد بناؤها، وتسعة (9) مساجد خضعت لأعمال الترميم.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن الطاقة الاستيعابية الإجمالية لهذه المساجد تصل إلى 14,836 مصليًا ومصلية، بينما بلغت التكلفة الإجمالية للمشاريع 160 مليون درهم.
