تم اليوم الثلاثاء تعيين محمد بنشعبون، المدير العام لصندوق محمد السادس للاستثمار، رئيساً لمجلس إدارة شركة اتصالات المغرب، خلفاً لعبد السلام أحيزون الذي شغل المنصب لمدة 27 عاماً.
ووفقاً لبيان صادر عن مجلس الرقابة لشركة اتصالات المغرب، فقد “أعلن المجلس عن انتهاء ولاية أعضاء مجلس الإدارة الحاليين في 1 مارس 2025، وقرر تعيين محمد بنشعبون رئيساً لمجلس الإدارة لمدة عامين، تنتهي في 1 مارس 2027”.
كما قرر مجلس الرقابة تجديد ولاية الأعضاء الآخرين في مجلس الإدارة، وهم إبراهيم بوداود وحسن رشاد وفرانسوا فيت وعبد القادر معمر، لمدة عامين إضافيين، لتنتهي ولايتهم أيضاً في 1 مارس 2027.
